Analyze risks associated with natural disasters including fire and floods, wind, and design structures and services to meet appropriate standards.
Responsible for designing, implementation, and supervising the construction works of projects
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to managerial personnel.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work, Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work Inspect project sites to monitor progress, implement effectively activities and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Check the quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Prepare or present reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, and environmental impact statements. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Analyze and interpret reports on loading, labor, productivity, quality, materials and performance
Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form. Keep technical and financial records of the construction activities.
Submit weekly work schedules for field construction with the Project Manager.
Supervise the testing and commissioning of completed works.
