• Responsible to build relationships with new customers and maintain a healthy relationship with prospective and old customers.
• Maintain healthy and cordial relations with networks and leads.
• Build networks and derive sales for the projects assigned.
• Call prospective customers and pitch them relevant projects with details.
• Follow-up with customers and align their site visits.
• Explain about the project and its details and provide detailed brief about every project.
• Ensure everything is in line and approved as per company policies.
• Maintain professional behavior at all times.

Experience: 06 months to 1 year experience in same industry.
Qualification: Graduate/ Bachelors
Gender: Male & Female
Age: 25 – 40 Years
Candidate must have a strong marketing and sales background with excellent communication skills.
Must be presentable.
Must have convincing skills
Should have keen knowledge about property dealings
Must have experience in generating leads.
