Tech Bridge Consultancy seeks an experienced technical Team Lead to join our Growing Technical team based in Lahore. You will be supervising web and software projects of small, medium and large scale for our domestic and international customers. You must have a solid background in Software Development(minimum of 5-6 years) within a disciplined development environment with responsibility of handling teams of 3+. You must have a proven track record of IT delivery achievements ideally within the Web and Programming Services area. A reputable software house background is required with excellent skills in IT development estimating, planning, control and reporting techniques. You must also have a solid understanding of development life cycles and quality assurance. You must be a polished professional, with excellent communication skills with a strong work ethics and the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level. Excellent motivational and team building skills are required as you will mentor and oversee team members. It's a challenging opportunity within a dynamic environment for a professional Team Lead only.

Specialized in .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, VB.NET, XML Web services, .Net Remoting, .Net XML, XSL, XSLT applications with thorough understanding. Good experience in design, development and testing of applications in client/server environment using Visual Studio (C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, XML Web services, .Net Remoting), SQL Server, MySQL, WINDOWS SDK. Must have experience in SilverLight Expert in creating Web Forms, Win Forms, User Controls, and Custom Controls.Specially Telerik Controls and products. Experience in conception and design of software systems using UML, identification and application of Design patterns. Extensive exposure to programming in SQL Server, Hands on Experience in designing, developing, testing and executing Enterprise wise distributed applications. Hands on experience in configuring, using and administrating version control systems like Visual SourceSafe and SVN. Good Knowledge on Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI), .NET Reflection, .NET Remoting Working experience on My Generation, NHibernate and Spring.NET. Excellent knowledge of web development and scripting languages like HTML/XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP. Experience working with relational databases and spreadsheets including SQL Server 2008 and older, Oracle, and MS Access. Expertise in query languages including SQL, Transact-SQL, PL/SQL and HQL. Have a good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
