- Attent all relative calls and transfer it to concerned departments.
- Make call everyday as directed by the office staff.
- Keep a track of call log and update it on daily basis.
- Keep a check on daily trainings, conferences and meetings in the office.
- Attend all guests/clients at the office.
- Should be able to handle PABX system efficiently.
- Should have knowledge of telephone etiquettes.
