Job Description
Major duties are as under:
Design and implement policy for Security to maintain data integrity over public network.
Planning, design, and implementation of the network architecture to meet current and future needs.
Defining dates and regulations for scheduled LAN activities such as anti virus updates and backups.
Define policies for local security and ensure their implementation.
Assist in the design, implementation, and operation of all active components of the company network, including network services such as DNS, DHCP, SQL Server 2000 and Proxy Server etc.
Make backup plans to avoid disasters, ensure maximum network up-time, performance, server stability and growth.
To support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. Recommends and schedules repairs.
Provides end users Support for all LAN- based applications.
Installs and configures workstations
Monitors ISA Server, Proxy Server, Active Directory and Printers.
Creates user accounts and maintains security levels
Install, configures and maintains organization's network.
Maximize the availability and utility of the systems and network
Job Specification
Two years related experience.
Hands on experience in establishment & maintenance of LAN.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
MCSE desired
