Job Description
Looking for a Construction Manager/Supervisor (Bahria Enclave) for a residential construction project. Candidates must have residential construction experience and excellent references.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with a reputable builder is preferred and formal education in the field is also a plus for a suitable candidate.
- Oversee and fully manage the construction of residential homes.
- Ensure homes are constructed and completed within specifications and required timeframes.
- Manage scheduling workers, watching budgets, and making sure instructions are carried out properly.
- Must have first-hand knowledge of what is going on and be in a good position to recommend changes to working conditions or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Responsible for ordering supplies, obtaining permits, and scheduling subcontractors.
