Position: Technical Support Internee
Number of Positions: 2
Job Type: Trainee Position
Stipend: Rs. 1000 + Rs. 500 Conveyance Allowance
Training Location: Rawalpindi
Job Summery:
The successful candidate must have a college or university degree from a recognized computer studies curriculum. The individual who takes this
position must possess good written and spoken communication plus team-work skills, and have the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and
efficiently.
Required Skills :-
- Graduates with basic Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Mail servers, DNS, Domain Setup, Mail Setup
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Your training will include:
- Provide phone technical support to users.
- Resolve and close technical support tickets and emails.
- Assist other staff with projects related to server management and deployment, Network management and deployment.
- Maintain Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 and Linux Servers.
- Administer hosting, ASP service.
- Maintain a high standard of support for the customer.
- Maintain a positive attitude, and project a high level of professionalism.
Following will be a plus for your selection:
- MCSE certified.
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Be located within 30 minute travel to office.
- Knowledge of PHP, ASP, MySQL, CGI, Perl will be a added advantage.
