Responsibilities

• Account Management
• Cold calling to generate the leads.
• Communicate with customers via phone.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
• Identify customer needs.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

• Preferrably 1 year of experience in call center managing sales.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Compensation

• It can vary from 35000 to 150 + uncapped commissions.
