Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Nexus Bpo Solution is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for its software house.

The candidate must be a graduate in Computer Science and must have at least 2 years of experience as a SQA Engineer in a software house.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Produce Device Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports for software projects
2. Perform manual testing on oncome products to discover any software bugs that are present
3. Be able to produce clear and well-written bug reports
4. Verify that bugs have been fixed in a software release
5. Provide estimation of timescales for the project work when required
6. Add tests to the automated test framework already in place
7. Perform any other duties as required by the SQA Manager
8. Maintain part of our automated test frameworks

Job Specifications:

1. Excellent network knowledge (TCP/IP, router switches)
2. Good OS knowledge (Windows, Linux, OSX)
3. Experienced in manual testing
4. Good knowledge of automating tests
5. Experience in embedded firmware testing would be advantageous
6. Experience in mobile testing would be advantageous
7. Experience in testing cloud-based systems would be advantageous
