- Candidate must be capable to strategize HR management and employee development.
- Implementing HR management policies and procedures.
- Define corporate HR strategies, competency mapping, appraisals and succession planning.
- Must be strong in developing and analyzing reports and presentations.
- Promulgate employee training and development activities.
- Motivate and encourage the employees to perform best for the company.
- Manage and monitor employees on performance improvements plans
- Collate and maintain employee suggestions and queries.

3-5+ years of experience in a senior HR role Minimum MBA degree Experience with recruitment, screening, development and implementation of HR policies. Ability to use Word/Excel.
