Job Description
- To update the formulation as per physical production.
- To monitor the PACKING & RAW stores.
- To take fortnightly stock summary and verify with the physical.
- To maintain the manual inventory "RECORDS".
- To monitor and maintain the monthly CHECK SHEET.
- To discuss any problemarising during these duties and present a brief report to the person incharge.
- To carry out any other assignment given the concerned Department / Management.
- Any other work assigned by the management.
- To observe the compliance of ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Job Specification
To manage all local and export dispatch i.e. physical activity order picking, order checking, vehicles loading / unloading, prepare computerized documents e.g. DN,EDN,GTN,GRR, manual gate pass and forwarding memo.
To make arrangements of third party finished goods and returns goods receiving from customers.
To submit daily reports of DN and Bilties to Accounts department.
To coordinate in monthly stock taking with Audit Department.
