Job Description
The person will be responsible for the CRM Application. Will be dealing with Employees and with External customers once the solution has been marketed. When required will be responsible for installing and testing the application and troubleshoot it with clients
Job Specification
- Superior verbal and non verbal Communications skills in U.S. English
- BA/BS, preferably MBA
- Ability to understand requirements and take initiative to support clients
- Multitasking with ability to meet deadlines Detail oriented
- Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in customer relations management, sales support preferred
- Exposure to MS Office Suite, especially MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project
