Job Details:
Position: User Experience Designer & Graphics Designer
Minimum Education: BS in Graphics Design, BS in Arts but Computer Graphics Design should be there in experience.
Job Type: Full Time
No. of Positions: 2
Experience: Fresh (must have IT knowledge)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with UX team to facilitate innovation and generate deliverables consistent with RS user-centered design practices. These include but are not limited to workflows, wireframes, design patterns, use cases, and prototypes ranging from high to low fidelity
- Keep abreast of best practices and principles related to user experience design, cross-channel commerce, mobile, and retail-specific trends.
Job Specification
DESIRED APTITUDE
- Knowledge ofhuman-computer interaction, interaction design, behavioral or social sciences.
- Knowledge of user interface design principles, information design, web design, and primary research methodologies including contextual interviews, usability testing, focus groups, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
- Ability to think holistically about the customer experience while taming complex problems.
- Positive, solution-oriented approach to problems
- Knowledge of using software consistent with UX Design for digital experiences (Microsoft Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)
- Knowledge of prototyping technology preferred (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flex, Flash)
