Dispatch Officer (Home Based)

We are looking for young, energetic candidates to work with us in the role of Dispatch Officer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Staying in touch with the Clients to get their requirements.
• Using online tools to find Loads/Shipments based on the clients' requirements.
• Getting in touch with the Shippers to get shipment prices and paperwork.
• Sort out any issues related to any shipment on behalf of the Client, by communicating with the Shippers or any other parties involved.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the Managers.

On-premesis Training of at least Two Weeks will be required. After that, you will be allowed to start working from home, based on your training progress.

Attributes required:

• Fluency in US English (Oral and Written)
• Good Computer Skills
• Excellent Internet Research Skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office or Google Drive Apps
• Must have his/her own Laptop or PC with power backup (UPS)
• Must have a reliable Internet Connection
• Comfortable with US Shift timings (Night Shift as per Pakistan time)

Past experience working in a Customer Service or Sales role would be a plus.
