What is a Performance Analyst Intern?
This role is responsible for thorough tracking of all KPIs involved in Digital Financial Services business. The individual will evaluate system performance and outcomes, thereby giving right visibility to the business development managers to ensure working with a more focused approach. This role is responsible to highlight all KPIs where regional performance is lacking and what factor is contributing the most towards a not performing KPI.
What does a Performance Analyst Intern do?
- Gather and organize information about the problems to be solved or the existing procedures to be improved
- Management of regular departmental reporting and putting forward right recommendations for region’s business growth
- Responding to all performance related queries, especially to the Channel Team
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain communication with inter/intra departmental teams
- Making presentations and analysis for meetings amp; internal departmental consumption
- Working on data and creating dashboards/reports and other target specific documents
- Identify areas of business underperformance, and propose initiatives to reduce cost or improve performance
- Perform targeted analyses to identify root causes when performance targets are not met
- Devise strategies and tools to assist business teams in reaching performance goals and agreed targets
- Assist regional teams in comparison of forecasts to actual performance, identifying reasons behind department performance and results
- Provide visibility on daily performance during certain campaigns/promotions so that teams can focus and win incentive

- Completed or currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel amp; PowerPoint)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Result-oriented, detail oriented and self-driven
