Job includes making calls for our outbound campaign. Generating Leads. Scripts and Training shall be provided.
The job is not hard but monotonous. Agents with experienced will be preferred. Salary increases with time depending on sincerity.
Please bear in mind this is not a selling campaign, you are not required to sell anything, it is more of a survey job.
Job Specification
Aspire Acquisitions Requires well experienced and highly skilled Call centre agents for outbound dialing.The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Good and clear English Accent. (American Preferred) - Good listening Skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead a team.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound dialing.
- Debt Campaign Experience will be excellent but not necessary.
- Willing to work at night timings.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Should be willing to start within a week. All training and scripts will be provided to the selected candidates. Aspire respects the role of CSRs and will be paying higher than the market to the selected candidates. We also provide free learning classes and a very luxurious for CSRs to relax between breaks with free tea and coffee facility.
Salary Package starts from 30k commissions greater than market.
Free pickup and drop service provided.
4 long breaks during dialing.
