Job Description
To develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets / segments, search for new clients and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
To visit the potential clients for establishing new and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
To submit quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet client and company needs, tender vigilance / participation. (Preparation, documentation, liaison with customers for clarification, submission & opening).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers.
To prepare sales reports to keep the immediate and seniors informed and updated. Presentations of product for customers and Management as well.
To identify all technical issues of assigned Product to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Job Specification
BSc. Engineer (Mechanical/Civil) preferably MBA having 3 ~ 5 Years of experience in direct Sales & Marketing of Heavy Construction Equipments. Candidate must be equipped with strong communication, operational, leadership and decision making skills.
