Job Description
• To assist Manager QA & CQI in Development, Implementation, follow up of Quality Management System.
• To follow up implementation of Job Descriptions, Lab Authorizations, SOPs and Work Instructions through spot audits.
• To check record keeping as per requirements of SOP for Records.
• To check that all documentation and record keeping is being done properly at all levels as per Control of Documents / Records procedures.
• To follow up tasks of management review meetings assigned to the individuals.
• To follow up the Corrective / Preventive Action Mechanism.
• To assist Manager QA & CQI to conduct the internal audits.
• To assist Manager QA & CQI in calculating uncertainty.
• To follow up the customer complaints so that timely actions are taken.
• To coordinate and follow up, that environmental conditions are recorded and controlled properly.
Job Specification
- Graduation (minimum)
- Trainings on ISO 9001 & 17025.
- 2 to 3 years experience of implementation of ISO standards (9001 & 17025).
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be energetic,career-oriented,confident, social.
