Job Description
We are looking for experienced CSR's/TSR's to make outbound calls on different campaigns of CANADA & USA and would also need to follow up with customers as well. Its a permanent job, fixed salary + commission will be given. Its an opportunity that you don't want to miss. Only short listed candidates will be called upon for interview. Please remember it's a night shift job.
Job Specification
Should have a neutral accent and ability to carry out conversation in a fluent manner. Must have strong communication and interpretation Skills. Must be hard working, self motivated and a good team player. Prior Call center experience will be an advantage and is a must. Please do not apply as its purely an Outbound calling job, those who cannot speak English, those who are residing outside Rawalpindi/Islamabad, those who are not willing to do night shifts or looking for other positions than CSR.
