Job Description
We have a requirement for an individual to develop and implement an English language training program to our existing and new staff. This will involve developing training modules at different levels to accommodate the various competency levels that currently exists in our company. As well as English language training you will also be responsible for developing other training modules based on our business requirements. Your objective will be to raise the overall proficiency level of our staff across the board through the development of a structured training and development program
Job Specification
? Graduate with a Masters in English
? Minimum 12 months experience delivering English language training in a business environment
? Ability to analyze and develop training programs based on business needs
? Experience of working with or interacting with overseas companies would be highly advantageous
? Time spent living in an English speaking country would be desirable
