Call Center Representative Job is available in Karachi for one of the leading public listed company in Pakistan.

Candidates having minimum Intermediate degree along with 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
