Job Description
To assist the Marketing & Sales Department in the performance of its functions.
Preparation of quotations and sales proposals
Handling of and follow up on customer's sales queries
Follow up and recovery of pending sales payments.
Support sales team in achieving monthly / annual sales quotas
To maintain good relations with existing customers and searching of new clients.
On a day-to-day basis this involves a high level of negotiating and responding to enquiries from clients.
To deliver rigorous market analysis to inform sales, product development and strategic goals
To assist in the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures and website.
To help organize and attend promotional trips overseas on behalf of the company. Trips usually involve attending trade fairs.
Job Specification
Excellent customer service and communication skills will be required
