Job Description

Aimviz is an international advertising and animations company looking to expand its human resource by inviting applications for the post of Client Service Executive. Duties of Client Service Executives are as follows: 1) To work on facilitating clients during projects . 2) Work as a liaison between Sales Dept and Productions Department 3) Ensure Project Delivery and Communications in a timely manner 4) Work On Strategic Direction of the Company 5) support Sales Executives in their renewal and client/prospect outreach goals 6) Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and teach over the phone, messengers, websites, email, fax etc. 7)Ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports. 8)Manage direct reports by providing ongoing feedback, establishing goals, monitoring progress and evaluating performance. 9)Work with Sales Executives and Managers to develop department goals and budget. Creates call target lists to fulfill client services/sales outreach initiatives. 10)Develop efficient reporting to track success of client and prospect outreach besides using Comapny's Project Management tool effectively. 11) Weekly Provide status reports to Managers with feedback from clients to effectively improve the process. 12)Coordinates training and development for the Client Service Department 13)Complete other assignments as required and/or assigned. N.B. Post can be morning or evening as required on interview. Please make sure you can work on Night or Morning Shifts.

Job Specification

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate well and teach over the phone, messenger, voice, fax and emails. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports. Intermediate level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software. Basic knowledge and interests in Animations and Video Industry a big plus. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
