Job Description
Codener Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer intern/Online Bidding intern with previous experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Bidding & Sound knowledge of IT and web/mobile application development.
• Quality Bids on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
• Lead generation through Upwork & LinkedIn.
• Daily communication with clients & expert at client dealing.
• Must be good at targeted sales: Maintaining a very high rating of the company’s profile on Upwork/Freelancer etc.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, keep the client up to date with project progress and milestones and deliver the project to the client.
• Communicating on the phone, chatting using applications - Zoom/Google Meet/Skype as per client’s preference.
• Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with the client(s).
• Meet the monthly quota of projects and aim to go above and beyond.
Requirements:
• Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
• Candidates must have at least basic knowledge of software/web/mobile app development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
• Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. resulting in new projects/sales.
Shift: Night (6:00pm to 3:00 am)
