To check and ensure that the sales team is following the policies and procedures of the company.
To filter down the sales targets in coordination with Deputy Manager Consumer Marketing.
To make and assign regions.
Setting of internet scratch cards sales targets (gross sales targets, quantity targets, number of visits targets, number of shops targets etc. on regular basis).
To assign scratch cards sales targets to Sales team.
To help Sales Executives in achieving sales targets.
To evaluate and monitor sales targets.
To visit market to ensure compliance.
To develop good relations with retailers.
To check availability of POS material and ensure that POS material is properly displayed.
Team building (hiring, training & motivation of staff).
Briefing to sales team on daily basis.
Smooth functioning of scratch cards team (attendance, punctuality, cost efficiency, presentation and scheduling etc.
