Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Sales would be:
 To check and ensure that the sales team is following the policies and procedures of the company.
 To filter down the sales targets in coordination with Deputy Manager Consumer Marketing.
 To make and assign regions.
 Setting of internet scratch cards sales targets (gross sales targets, quantity targets, number of visits targets, number of shops targets etc. on regular basis).
 To assign scratch cards sales targets to Sales team.
 To help Sales Executives in achieving sales targets.
 To evaluate and monitor sales targets.
 To visit market to ensure compliance.
 To develop good relations with retailers.
 To check availability of POS material and ensure that POS material is properly displayed.
 Team building (hiring, training & motivation of staff).
 Briefing to sales team on daily basis.
 Smooth functioning of scratch cards team (attendance, punctuality, cost efficiency, presentation and scheduling etc
