Job Description

To facilitate all customers incoming and outgoing calls in the contact center. Agent will be responsible for answering customer queries and resolving customer complaints and issues through phone support. This agent will be responsible for maintaining records and reports in regards to his duties and responsibilities and will regularly follow up with his immediate supervisors, team leads and customers.

Job Specification

Candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu. Good command on computers along with ability to learn new processes and systems. Motivated individual with good interpersonal and problem solving skills. A "can-do" attitude and high levels of motivation required.
