Project Coordinator

MarkWebIT is seeking a talented Project Coordinator (PC) with a passion for organization. The PC is a member of the operations team. PC will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Project Manager and operations team. PC will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

PC is responsible for managing internal and client project implementations. PC will use Imsi best practices and methodologies and work with Project Manager on future improvements to project management processes. PC will ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget. PC will be supported by supervisor and technical resources.

Operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to Imsi assigned projects.

Oversees Client Portal activity. Assigns and monitors client tickets. Work with Operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of support tickets and project implementations according to customer agreements.

Review the project requirements and scope and assist Project Manager (PM) in the development and tracking of project plans and dependent deliverables. Assist in managing to scope while tracking changes through change control.

Provide updates on projects to clients and senior management team.

Schedule project meetings per project plan and/or need.

Communicate with clients on project specific activities, including meeting summaries and action items.

Plan and executes project implementation. Maintain project implementation schedule and related documents for assigned projects.

Maintain and update product and Due Diligence documentation

Ensure Due Diligence requests are addressed with the most current and appropriate documentation.

With PM, ensure products have suitable training, implementation, admin and/or user guides.

Meets with Supervisor and make suggestions regarding client relationship management and project management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with project management preferred.

Experience managing external resources.

Experience implementing technology projects.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Credit Union or Financial Institution background, a plus
