Backend Developer
AlphaSquad, Pakistan

AlphaSquad is looking for an experienced back-end developer whose responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the REST as GraphQL API services while working in collaboration with our team of back-end developers. We are looking for someone who has a knack for performance. The individual will also be responsible for assisting the front-end development team in API integration. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate technical and design requirements
• Developing highly optimized, scalable, and maintainable API services
• Designing and developing highly optimized data models
• Write clean, reusable code that can be used in the future
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Collaboration with Front-end developers
• Stay up to date with current best practices
• Follow new and emerging technologies

Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working as a backend developer
• 2+ years of experience working with NodeJS
• 2+ years of experience working with MySQL and MongoDB
• 1+ years of experience working with GraphQL
• Must be familiar with microservices architecture
• Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Typescript
• Serverless Framework
• AWS Amplify
