Job Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintain a proper visitors log in.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Handling customer calls and guiding them accordingly.
Making timely follow up call to customers on behalf of company and managing its proper spread sheet.
Communicating with in house and outdoor staff as per required and advice.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
