Job Description
Provide assistance in all administrative matters of District Office.
Provide assistance for any procurement of office needs, regarding stationary, office equipment needs and any other materials etc.
To facilitate the preparation of reports & details.
Arrangements for meetings, events, and other functions from time to time.
Organize, supervise and give guidance to the other support staff for the smooth running of the Office activities.
Maintain all administrative record.
Inventory and store management.
Perform administrative procedure, rules & regulations e.g. vehicles, equipment handling & maintenance.
Job Specification
Sound Knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of administration and procurement procedure. Good communication skills. Problem solving skills.
