Job Description
We are looking for Sales Experts excellent in English Communications (both written and verbal) for our offshore clients . You will work on our website and other online portals and mediums to create lead into sales.
Candidate Traits:
Highly motivated salesperson with a history of sales performance goals:
- Ability to develop instant rapport with NEW customers via telephone, email, messages, instant messanging etc.
- Ability to build long-standing client relationships
- Ability to manage basic/intermediate computer skills (including search engines!)
- Charisma! A natural ability to sell and build relationships
- Diligent in maintaining client Database and use Project Manager Software(trainign provided)
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Salary Range is Rs. 8000-12000
- This is an internet based office job. No Outdoors.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- 2+ years online sales experience.
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.
- Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding communications in English needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Internet, email, MS Word and MS Excel proficiency required.
