We are interested in hiring a Full-time Senior Level Software Programmer to independently manage our applications and build core web based applications in PHP using LAMP. This job requires remote management and tight coordination with senior management team based in USA and Canada. Other global team members are based in Karachi, Kieve (Ukrain)and Moscow.

a)You will have working experience of developing complex LAMP Application. (Linux, Apache, MYSQL, PHP) Plus AJAX, PERL, HTML, DHTML and understand little bit JAVA Scripts. b.An integration experience through using interface to connect using XML, CURL, VXML Etc. c.You must have complete knowledge and deployment experience of CMS such as JOOMLA, DRUPAL, WORD PRESS. d.A good understanding in utilizing open source codes for building anything from ERP, CRM, BI applications such as OS Commerce, SUGAR CRM, VTIGER, WEB ERP or Social Network Open Source such as BOONEX Dolphin etc. e.You should have solid Database concepts (We want DBA+LAMP expert in one package) f.Most importantly you must understand: SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Methods of Software Development Be able to follow flow charts (Functional, Relational, and Process Etc) Make use of RUP, AGILE Type of SDLC Approach Be able to build ERD independently (Need solid RDBMS concepts) Personal Attributes: a)Be able to work independently from home without much supervision and follow strict instructions delivered by project manager such as via Gant Charts (Timelines), Functional and Process Flow Charts, Pseudo codes, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams). b)You must provide at least two references that will guarantee your character, attitude, loyalty and skills to work with us. c)You should be punctual, disciplined and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to work with our global team that includes several programmers, graphic web designers and project managers in USA, Canada, Russia and Ukraine. d)You will have ease of understanding and talking in English. e)You must have provisioning of reliable Internet, Hardware and all necessary Software of your own.
