Urgent need for a Sr. Software Engineer (who can eventually be given the role of Head of Department) for a company established some 3 years back and working within the Mobile Applications space. Its currently going through a business turnaround strategy and is keen on hiring new people and changing its pace of engagement within the industry. It has a few products already developed and is now actively working on designing and developing a few more products and services to target a certain set of business segments. Gross 50-60,000 inclusive of Medical, Mobile and CNG (Additionally, an Yearly Performance Bonus)

The skill set required is as follows: - 3-4 Years of Software Design, Development and Team Management Experience - Strong Hands-on Experience of the following programming platforms: o.Net (ASP and Others) oJava - Good Knowledge of Android and iPhone OS (Objective C) - Interest in developing and managing Mobile Applications (Native, Java, WAP, Mobile Web) - Experience of Defining and Designing Software Solutions - Actively Follows the Structured Software Development Approach - Experience of Managing a Team of 5-6 Developers - Results Oriented
