* Managing Store cost. * To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals & ensure motivation of the team. * Handling customer quarries & staff concerns. * Handling representative of various government bodies. * Responsible for maintaining Records. * Achieves productivity through walk-ins and ensures customer interaction with the standards set by company * Drive the store as a profit center * Ensures 100% target through internal & external quality scores / norms. * Maintains quality in query resolution and Store upkeep * Performs works like query resolution and service order execution.
