Should be able to create new designs on daily basis or when required on demand. Designs shouldnt be copied and should be able to attract customers. Should be able to know what designs are being made in the market of textile and embrioded fabrics. Should be able to manage and keep record of the designs.

Should be good in computers for designing. Should be able to communicate easily and be creative. Should be able to easily come up with unique designs.
