One of our valued client from IT Sector is looking Sales Executive for Lahore office
The candidate must a have a relevant experience of Sales with CISCO, CISCO Partner, CISCO Partner Call Centre or Avaya/Nortel/Genysis Call Center Partner
Develop growth strategy for increasing sales and profitability of business.
Exceed quota goals for both revenue and stay within budget for expenses
Set sales targets and revenue goals for sales team members.
Implement measurable sales performance criteria and standards for team with metrics and scorecards for each person and territory.
Develop business relationships with key industry experts and large clients
Manage business development, analysis and evaluation of strategic alliances
Leverage support functions (legal, accounting and human resources staff) to develop and assist with needs.
At least 1-2 years of business development management experience, including sales operations and P&L management
Flexible leadership style and strong, detail-oriented communication skills to motivate diverse people in different locations and cultures
An entrepreneurial spirit
A solid understanding of Unified Communication & Contact Center business.
Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects to completion
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing environments
Superior communication, presentation and negotiation skills a must
Knowledge of and interest in participatory sports and activities
