Job Description
To Control Quality of Product at each and every step of processing through on-line inspection
To monitor and ensure the Good Manufacturing Practices on production floor
To Co-ordinate with Production Supervisor in case of non-conformity
To discuss quality control problems with Quality Control officer
To prepare reports related to online inspection
To perform test that includes ingredient's weight, color, taste, size, shape, texture, stickiness,sorting, sealing, twisting etc.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelors degree (food & Sciences preferred)
Professional Experience & Age:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity with an age of 21-25 years.
- Experience of FMCG food industry.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
- Knowledge of food standards, methods and techniques, etc.
- Ability to adherence to strict hygiene rules.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Should be committed, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Should have team sprit, flexible and excellent approach of working.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety of food and hygiene techniques.
