Job Description
1. Provides hands-on assistance and troubleshoots all phone equipment failures and service issues for
all users.
2. Operates call detail recording equipment and programs for all telephone extensions, departments
3. Audits, sorts and distributes monthly Call Detail reports to all departments.
Job Specification
Should be able to handle the Siemens Hi-com 300 telephone exchange.
Should be polite and able to satisfy the end users.
Must be quick in resolving the telephony complaints as per the specified time lines.
