Job Description
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and campus departments to identify, define, and meet student career planning and placement needs, goals, and objectives.
- Provide individual and group career counseling and career direction services to students.
- Develop career services and career counseling approaches for changing student populations including minority students, non-traditional students, and returning students.
- Supervise the acquisition, maintenance, and dissemination of information regarding career fields, employment opportunities, and specific employers for full-time, part-time, internship and work-study opportunities.
- Develop and direct programs and services designed to equip students and alumni with necessary job search skills and employment preparation strategies.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies and resources to identify and bring recruiters and potential employers to campus.
- Effectively represent the Career Center to various on- and off-campus groups including the faculty, media, student government, employers, and/or the general public.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Internet applications and databases that support and deliver career services to the college, students, alumni, and employers.
- Establish and implement a career center strategic plan, including short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Assist students in selecting course work appropriate to their skill levels and career and academic goals.
- Provide academic advising services to undecided students.
- Making and managing different batches in institute.
- Fee collection and maintenance enrolled student list.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
