Having experience in all type of Sales & Marketing activities and Merchandising. Capable of manage merchandising team as per requirement. Coordinate with management, design and development teams to better understand and project the company. To be in the field all the time and keep strong monitoring on the merchandisers. To compile daily reports of his team. To be in touch with Sales Team on daily basis for current and future plans. To make availability of all the products properly on shelf, & Counter. To deploy POS given by company on eye level spaces. To report options of other branding such as banner, vinyl, gondola or stands to the company. To report on daily basis to coordinator. To report competition & market intelligence. Having Capabilities of generating sales and promote company products and services. Managing, training and supervising junior staff. Must be professionally honest and energetic. Proficient in use of computer, MS Office and email correspondence. Should have own conveyance (Motor Cycle).

Strong communication skills; written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process. Candidate must be confident. Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities. Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
