Provide a welcoming and efficient point of contact between students/institutes and the School concerning all aspects of the Registration and Enrolment process.
Track, manage and analyse the admissions statistics (including enquiries, visits, registrations, offers, deposits, starters and leavers) on the database and report figures monthly.
Develop a quarterly marketing plan for the School to support pupil recruitment and retention.
Manage the marketing spend and ensure activities are planned within agreed budgets.
Manage the marketing and promotional activity for the school (including local advertising and PR) with approval from the Chief Executive.
Manage the promotion of admissions events (Open Days and Assessments) and help with the organisation in conjunction with the Chief Programme Coordinator and Programme Coordinators.
Develop and maintain the content for Schools communication.
Develop and manage production of any marketing collateral including prospectus and flyers.
Awareness of Website Management Tools
Proficient in the use of Office 2000 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher)
