Job Description
* The successful candidate must have 4-5 years of experience supporting, implementing and enhancing Oracle EBS.
* Minimum 2-3 years of hands on implementation experience over Oracle R12 E-Business Suite and HR Modules (Oracle HR, Time & labor, Payroll, iRecruitment, HR intelligence and related Modules)
* Should have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects.
* Knowledge of process Mapping Methodologies using AIM
* Participated in ERP implementation projects and provided functional support, systems analysis and design.
* Work experience with a multinational company will be preferred.
* An MBA Degree (preferably in HRM would be an added advantage)
Job Specification
* Must be Fluent in English.
* Must have worked in a consulting role previously.
* Must have done some client facing roles earlier
* Must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills.
* Willing to travel if necessary
