Royal Cyber is looking for a IT technical recruiter with at least 3 years experience for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting in the IT staffing industry. We are seeking candidates with a solid background of success. As a recruiter, you will be placing a variety of skills in IT, sourcing, interviewing, matching candidates with clients and ultimately making placements.

We have been doing Application Development for more than 4 years. We work on leading edge projects including custom development for our US clients in .NET, J2EE, Delphi, IBM Web sphere etc.

Requirements:
• Experience with Information Technology or Engineering recruiting a plus.
• Internet sourcing, technical knowledge, and solid interviewing skills are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills..
• Ability to build good professional relationships with clients, candidates and peers.
• Previous technical recruiting experience is preferred especially with US
• Team Player.
• Positive attitude and self-discipline.
• Call center experience a plus
• MBA degree or MBA candidate a plus.
