At least 1 or 2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multifamily) construction projects.
Proficiency using a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and internet and Digital Lead Capture Portal.
Strong organizational and Lead management skills and ability to follow through Digital Portal- Email- Messaging- and Client Face to Face meeting new Lead.
