Job Description
We are a small, fast-growing consultancy which has started operations and look forward to increasing its business at a fast pace.
We require Analysts/Consultants to develop or document processes and procedures after conducting the current state assessment for a range of industries for finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain (specifically procurement and inventory management).
You will be expected to:
- Work under the guidance of the project manager;
- Participate in proposal development
- Participate in Current State Assessment and recommend improvements
- Develop Process Flows and Procedure Manuals
Job Specification
You should be:
- Be an MBA or holder of a relevant masters degree;
- Have relative level of fluency in written and spoken English;
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, (charts and graphs);
- Be aware of the Business Process Improvement concept and methodology;
- Be aware of an ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle Applications, etc.). This is beneficial but not mandatory;
- 4-6 years of experience. Experience in consulting role ( internal or external) will be beneficial;
- Willing to work with limited supervision;
- Ethical ; and
- Strong people skills
