Job Description
-Compile and analyze financial information to Prepare Financial Statements including monthly, quarterly and annual Accounts.
-Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with international Financial Reporting standards, Companies -Ordinance 1984 and other statutory Laws as applicable in the country.
-Ensure correct accounting of all the transactions enabling true & fair recording and presentation.
-Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
-Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
-Checking and verification of purchases & Journal vouchers besides bank receipt & payments.
-Prepare financial management reports.
-Ensure accurate and timely, quartelry and annual period close.
-Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures and other company policies & procedures specifically related to the department.
-Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
-Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities beside supervision of funds/ cash flow forecast (Daily & Monthly) reporting procedure that aid in making investment decisions.
-Monitor and support taxation issues (e.g. monthly, quarterlerly & Annual return of income tax & Sales Tax).
-Coordinating with Internal & External Auditor including the review and resolution of observation highlighted in the Auditor's Reports.
-Coordinating with banks & other financial institution for arrangement of finances including Running finance, Long term & Short Term debts & lease financing besides complete recording of transaction in books of accounting as per applicable Standards & regulations.
-Monitor & review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
-Monitoring and supervising daily routing tasks of staff.
-Monitor and review of various reports to banks & other stakeholders
- Any duty assigned by management/HOD as & when required.
