- Answer Customer Emails.
- Check Tracking Numbers for Delivery
- Handle Damage Issues.
- Handle Returns.
Who Should Apply ?
- 12-15 Year Education Prefer BA, BCOM, ICOM, ICS
Who Should Not Apply?
- Any Bachelor in Science degree
- Any Masters degree
Schedule:
- Full-Time Position
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Salary:
- PKR. 25,000
- Re-Evaluated every 6 months, based on performance.
Contract:
- 1 Year - Must be willing to Commit to the role.
Location:
- Remote/Work from Home
Requirements:
- Must have a laptop and a good Internet
- Decent written English is required to write emails
- Self Learner - Must be able to work with minimal guidance.
- Should have a habit to take responsibilities seriously.
- Problem Solver and Makes Decisions
- Proactive - Seek Initiatives on their own
