Job Description
- Provide First Level support for hardware and software problems as reported by the client.
- Follows up on faulty hardware and software purchases by pursuing warranty advantage through distributors and manufacturers.
- Communicate with franchise to get their problem resolved in financial inventory control system and Customer Relationship Management System.
- Backend support to the CSR.
- Responsible for installation of Ethernet based twisted pair LAN and Switches which includes maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading.
- Assist the I.T. Services group, where needed, in day-to-day responsibilities.
Job Specification
- Hands on Experience of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 2000, XP & 2003)
- Ms Exchange, MS ISA Server knowledge.
- DNS, WINS, LAN Technologies (Ethernet/Fast Ethernet), WAN (routers)knowledge.
- Microsoft Office and Troubleshooting Steps
