Job Description

1-Implement & follow procedures 2- Take responsibility of department & staff requirements 3- Stock responsibility accuracy & location. 4- Controlling stock including shelf like 5- Conduction cycle stock takes 6- Conducting Semi-annual & annual stock takes 7- Deciding stock & none stock products & review 8- Deciding stock categorization & minimum stock levels & review 9- Ensure supply of order in time 10- Planning dispatch in cost effective manner 11- Handling receipt / import & export effectively 12-Maintain optimum space utilization 13- Placing orders with production units and follow up 14- Stock replenishment 15- Maintaining warehouse/dispatch records 16- Housekeeping 17- Coordinating between sales & projection. 18- Implementation 19- Provide timely suggestion / support to distributors for smooth operations of business. 20- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback.

Job Specification

Skills Required: 1- Good knowledge of store management. 2- Good communication skills. 3- Good interpersonal skills 4- Hands on expertise of database software(ERP etc)
